Official Leaderboard Contest Rules

 

Introduction: CooperatorEvents Virtual Expos "CEVE" is conducting a contest (“Contest”) at the their Virtual Expo for an opportunity to win exclusive prizes.

 

How to Enter: Registrants are automatically entered into the Contest.

How to Participate: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. The Leaderboard is open to those eligible persons who attend the Virtual expo. Each eligible person may participate in the Leaderboard by taking specific actions in the Virtual Event website to earn Leaderboard points (“Points”).  Actions that accrue points are listed on the Points TAB. they include Downloading Content, Attending Webinars, Visiting Booths, Viewing Videos and Content in Exhibitor Booths.

 

At any time during the event you can see the current leaders and the points you have accrued by clicking on the prize trophy icon in the upper right of your screen labeled "Leaderboard"

Your mailing address to which your prize will be delivered must be within the 50 states.

Eligible participants will earn points only during day of show during show hours 10am-4pm EST.

Prizes: The top two elligible entrants with the most accrued points at the end of show hours on the day of the show will win the prizes shown in the "Prizes" tab. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days after the end of show (“Notification”). The winner will have five (5) business days from receipt of Notification to verify their mailing address. Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, winner does not verify their mailing address within five (5) business days after receipt of Notification, rejects the prize, such prize will be forfeited. No compensation will be given for prize forfeiture. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the contest for the prizes (the “Activity Contest”) you must register and attend the CooperatorEvents Virtual Tradeshow. (the "Virtual Expo"). The following individuals are NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS Activity Contest: (i) employees, officers, directors and agents of Yale Robbins Productions, LLC its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their households; (ii) any Exhibitors, Sponsors or Speakers at the tradeshow (iii) employees, officers, officials and agents of any government or any governmental body or any entity that is owned or controlled by a government; (iv) any employee or officer of a public international organization; (v) any individual currently seeking elected office in any country; (vi) any individual whose company Code of Conduct prohibits the receipt of gifts in the context of business transactions. Please consult your own in-house counsel if you have questions about eligibility. Your mailing address to receive your prize must be within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

Legal: If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other causes beyond the control of CEVE that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, CEVE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. CEVE assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. CEVE is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by CEVE on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. CEVE may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or CEVE representatives.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CEVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY THE ENTRANT FROM THE CONTEST AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Winner’s Name: To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope  to: Yale Robbins Productions,LLC  205 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10605
